Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Poker Motion Studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Poker Motion Studio is a web application for generating broadcast-style graphics from poker hand data and exporting them as video. Features available to you depend on your plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (or once, for a lifetime plan) through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it without permission, or use it to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the hand data, footage, images, and graphics you create or upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service to you.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design systems, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
